Thank you for your feedback. I am so glad you are enjoying your new role at Protiviti! I hope you were able to participate in our Leadership Survey that we completed in April. Each of our leaders reviews their feedback with their Advisor team and creates action plans where change is needed. That process is very important to us. If you feel you are not being heard, please share this feedback with your Advisor or with your HR Lead. On the point of more office-wide activities, I would love to encourage you to get involved in the planning of these events. It can differ by office, but we have town hall meetings, DITOs, summer socials, holiday parties, trainings, community service events and more that run throughout the year. We would love your help in creating the Protiviti you want it to be. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Pros

Good WLB Great Bosses Health insurance & benefits are awesome Very flexible workforce Easy to climb up in promotions

Cons

Pay is below standard (Although I feel you still get paid decently for the area) If you're put on a production project, be ready to feel stuck. Management is very lost on where they want to head into the future. I am worried this company won't last much longer (Former arthur anderson) Can feel clique-y at times amongst peers (but this is not a problem of the company specifically)

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
