Thank you so much for your feedback. Our employees are critical to us. Developing relationships with our people so they are open to talking with us about their career experiences (both the good and the bad) before they make a decision to go is very important to us. We spend time reflecting on reasons for leaving as well, so we can make adjustments when needed. Please keep your feedback coming so we can continue to work to make you proud!

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
