Pros

Challenging assignments since you are thrown to the deep end on joining You develop own audit programs

Cons

You develop own audit programs so if u dont know much............. Indians in management so management is by screaming, shouting, threats of being fired and coersion. Indians in management will tend to micromanage so the challenging assignments can be well even more challenging depending on one's reception to being micromanaged. Promotions are once every 2 years. When you resign they dont pay you for that month ie no salary on month of reignation. They will tell you until you handover everything that belongs to company. When you do wait for 6 months before getting salary. If your notice period is 3 months as per contract they will terminate it after 1 month and tell u to work for free. If you refuse they will resort to threats that you didn't close your work etc on time and hence not pay you even for the 1 month notice period.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
