Pros

-Great training program (The Consultant Challenge and Passport to Protiviti) -Awesome culture - I've enjoyed everyone that I have met and talked to thus far

Cons

-Not a very flexible workday. My office is 9 to 5, but I would rather come in earlier and leave earlier. -When at the local office and not on a client engagement, dress should be casual. -Allow consultants to work from home when not on a client engagement

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed TCC and Passport and the integration into our one-of-a-kind culture! With regards to your comments on flexible work arrangements, I encourage you to speak with your advisor about your challenges in this aspect of the work experience. While it is difficult to create a one-size-fits-all program that accommodates all of our people and their diverse needs, I think you will find that we are very receptive and open to ideas that make sense for your specific situation and needs. Please reach out to your advisor or to a member of your local HR team to discuss what you require and ensure that you an effectively balance your work commitments with your personal obligations and pursuits. Thank you again and keep up the great work!

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
