Hello! Thank you for your feedback. I'm so glad that you are enjoying the culture and camaraderie here at Protiviti. Happy also to hear that you are able to interact with leaders during your time with the firm. Regarding your concerns about pay and benefits, I encourage you to talk with your local HR contact. He or she can provide more information about our total rewards philosophy, and we always welcome feedback on our benefits programs so that we can continuously improve them. Additionally, with work-life balance, your HR lead and your advisor can help to address concerns that you may have on your most recent engagements, OR to craft a flexible working arrangement over the long-term. Finally, now is the perfect time to discuss your learning needs with your advisor during the career checkpoint process. From there, you can design a development plan that suits your specific interests and gaps over the course of the year. Thank you again for your thoughts here and for all that you do for our company and our clients!

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
