      Pros

      Opportunities for growth are plentiful at the consultant and senior levels.

      Cons

      In the beginning, Protiviti was a great place to work - the MDs were connected to all levels. Near the end though, the cliques became overwhelming.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
