Pros

The culture here is what makes the difference. There is a true sense of family - the leadership genuinely cares for the people. Communication is transparent and they are always trying to make improvements to areas that employees provide feedback on.

Cons

Though benefits are good overall (and there are a variety of benefits offered), the paid parental leave is not competitive with other firms. The paid parental leave needs to be lengthened considerably for both moms and dads.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
