The entire recruiting/interview process took less than 2 weeks! I had 3 interviews with a manager, senior manager, and director and everyone was very welcoming and had great things to say about Protiviti. The interviews were conversational and not stressful at all, which really reflects how accessible and friendly everyone here has been so far.

Cons

The travel can be rough, but everyone on my team is really willing to work with you to provide options and breaks in travel.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
