      There are great people who work within this company which make it the time there much better. They also offer a great work life balance.

      Cons

      The work becomes stagnant and the opportunities to move up are very limited. Also, if you become to expensive they will cut you.

      Great opportunity to grow as an individual based off of your technical and behavioral skillset.

      Cons

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
