Pros

- People and employees are great - Substancial number of vacation - Can experience various projects in various industries - Flexibility as long as you are a trusted resource - Lots of opportunity to be involved in office activities including recruiting, community service events, happy hours, intern events etc.

Cons

- We are growing at dramatic paces and setting quarterly records however, getting average or below average yearly pay increases - Travel can be a lot depending on line of work. Management does their best to slow it down but typically the jobs and clients are priority when the decision needs to be made on travelling or not. The can seems to be kicked down the road until you are really unhappy. - Due to how dollars and numbers are aligned to solution segments, there can be politics on how people are resourced. Unforunate for those that want to help but don't get the opportunity because of the rift raft.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
