The culture at Protiviti really sets the organization apart. It is very welcoming, collaborative and inclusive. Leadership is really pushing innovation across the board to ensure the company and people are well positioned for the future. The relationship to Robert Half, who owns Protiviti, provides huge financial backing and stability, as well as opportunities to provide services in concert with Robert Half that other organizations simple cannot.
Cons
Because the organization is so collaborative, there are times were decision making should be faster. The organization is growing quickly which is good, but there are growing pains in how we operate and change to grow beyond our $1B run rate.

Thank you for your feedback! We look forward to you growing with us into our next billion!
Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.
Cons
Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions.
I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
