Resume/Brand recognition - Less than Big4 or the largest consulting firms Below market 401k - 2% Match, Annually Funded, Initial 3-Year Cliff Strong Regional Differences - Office/Company culture, although never bad, is strongly dictated by the regional and specific office Managing Directors. Potentially Ineffective Middle Management - Middle management is the transition period from Project Managers to Sales Team members. Ineffective salespeople often stagnate at middle management, weakening the sales team. Bonus Structure - As industry standard, bonus structure is majority reliant on reaching chargeable hour thresholds. Staff level can be unable to meet chargeable hour thresholds (reducing total bonus) due to unavailability of work out of staff's control.
