      good starting salary exposure to different industries Young employees

      Cons

      working overtime causes burnout you could be working for the same client for more then a year not a laid back environment. commute is horrible if you live far from the client.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
