      I feel compelled to write this review as I get off a call with office leadership regarding the pandemic. It is evident that Protiviti truly cares about their people as individuals and wants to put our well-being before any financial considerations. I think it is truly unique that in an office of 500+ people the leadership team has taken time to get to know each person down to the lowest level, and asks our opinions and feelings. As a recent college grad and vulnerable employee, I feel confident knowing that this company will do everything they can to preserve my employment during trying times. Thank you to Joe T, the exec team, and especially to the Chicago leadership team for putting our people first.

      Pros

      Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

      Cons

      Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
