      Pros

      Consulting environment provides opportunities to see different industries and clients. Peers and subordinates are great to work with. Small number of employees in each office allows everyone to know each other.

      Cons

      Over the past two years you live in a constant fear of losing your job. Too many legacy Andersen Partners that cannot deliver or sell services that continue draw very high salaries. No stock options for anyone under Managing Director level, No raises in two years and no bonuses last year.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
