Pros

1. Great learning opportunities for the young graduates. 2. Great reporting structure made to the clients. 3. Good client base and good exposure to various industries.

Cons

1. No work life balance, employees are made to work overtime and no bonus is paid on the same. 2. Emphasis on following the office hours strictly,i.e,9-6. Employees are made to extend their work timings beyond 6. It may go until 11-12 at night. 3. All the work should be done at office. Employees should not be made to work at home during night hours and at weekends. 4. Employees should be motivated and appreciated for the hard work done in term of bonus and other allowance. 5. Salary is too low when compared to the work pressure. 6. Expense reimbursement should be made within months.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
