Pros
+ good people + some offices have a good culture + some good benefits
Cons
- pay is not competitive (especially if you grow with the firm) - top performers are rarely rewarded (you're better off just doing average and getting promoted on cycle) - big 4 management hires act like you are at a big 4 firm and treat you accordingly - culture is highly dependent on your office, solution, and sub-solution; certainly some great people, but you can easily get unlucky as well
