Pros

Protiviti offers a challenging work environment with a wide range of clients from large Fortune 500 companies to smaller regional organizations. There is a diverse blend of industries and solution areas with which individuals can focus. Leadership at Protiviti is highly supportive of employee growth, both personally and professionally, and takes an active interest in individuals at all levels.

Cons

Protiviti is a young and fast-growing firm when compared to many of it's much larger competitors that have existed for decades. Therefore, certain aspects of infrastructure are currently being built out or do not exist. However, senior management appears to recognize this and has future plans to make improvements.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
