Pros

- Big enough to have great intellectual capital and tools, small enough to still care about individual employees - If employees provide suggestions or input, it is truly considered (example - 401k match increase) - Clearly, over the past few years, there has been an increased focus on providing better benefits and employee perks. This has been very noticeable and is great. - Great culture, people seem to like it here and like each other - lots of work/life balance. Very flexible with hours when needed, employees can work from home sometimes. - Strong bonus program

Cons

- Benefits are always considered a bit lacking. Just seems like nothing unique here but I don't think the benefits are bad. The only area I think the benefits really lack is with retirement. There is a fairly small 401k match and even though many companies no longer have pensions, many do have profit-sharing or something. - Technology is a bit lacking. Laptops are a bit outdated, payroll system, benefits system, everything is just a bit antiquated. I am told that is because of our parent company, Robert Half.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
