      1. Work from home 2. Hard working and talented execution team

      Cons

      1. Lack of Leadership skills at Director and above level in Mumbai office. 2. Unachievable and unrealistic targets will be set just to get the project to meet their target and execution team will end up working all night while Leadership team will be busy with catching up web series 3. Even after raising concern by multiple employees, no action is taken. 4. Favoritism in Employee awards and promotions.

      Pros

      Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

      Cons

      Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
