Pros

The leadership is visible and personable and really value employees. The work-life balance has gotten better from when I first started as a program was recently rolled out to accommodate employee family responsibilities. There is also always opportunities for happy hours, golf outings, community service, additional training/certifications and ways to get involved outside of your normal day. You get what you put in.

Cons

There aren't many options for medical benefits; however, I hear this is changing in 2015.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
