Thank you for your feedback! I am happy you are getting a diversity of experiences on your projects. Focus on work/life balance and flexibility is key and it is easy to lose sight of your individual wellness when deadlines as piling up. I encourage you to sit down with your project leader, Talent Manager, or HR to talk through plans to take some (well deserved) time off. This won't always be easy, but it is necessary to support your well-being.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
