As for compensation, we regularly benchmark our total compensation (base salary and bonus) against the market and adjust our salary ranges accordingly. We also benefit from a solid understanding of market rates given the volume of hiring we have over the past few years (and plan in the year ahead). In the aggregate, we find that our total compensation is competitive with our talent competitors. It is important to note that compensation for individual employees will vary based on a number of factors, including their skill set, performance, geography, etc. We encourage our employees to reach out to our HR team or leadership to discuss their concerns and we are happy to provide more detail on our compensation strategy.
