Pros

Great learning resources inherited from Arther Anderson days. Healthy revenue growth Strong infusion of ex-Accenture leaders Emphasis on importance of networking Adoption of social media is gaining traction

Cons

Small yet the country market leaders indulge in politics at the expense of customers and employee. Performance evaluation is erratic - you get promoted and fired shortly after. It's never about performance or development it's politics. They easily sucked into a salary competition with the big 4 and ends up overpaying everyone. They outbid McKinsey in Shanghai - and worst of all circulate the news to everyone.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
