      Pros

      I enjoy the client facing nature of the work. Protiviti offers a variety of services to small and large companies in a multitude of industries. This has allowed me to continue to learn new processes, techniques, and businesses as I progress in my career. The leadership team is very involved in the training and development of their employees at both the office level and national level with executives.

      Cons

      Benefits related to 401K matching is the biggest Con I have found. Scheduling and flexibility can be challenges with Protiviti because they are at the mercy of their clients schedules and plans it can be frustrating not knowing what your next project will be until last minute.

      Pros

      Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

      Cons

      Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
