Pros
Protiviti is amongst the best places to launch your career. It gives an employee good exposure, new challenges and greater support. I started my career here at the PCC – Protiviti Capability Centre as a part of their Knowledge Centre (PKIC) and leaving four wonderful years behind. Specifically, the HR, led by Aditi Datatrey, is very approachable and lend ears to the issues employee has, the culture there makes the new joiners very comfortable.
Cons
Like a flip side of the coin, the place has some limitations – the limitations might be team specific. Since, I have worked as a part of the PKIC team, which has good potential to be a strong team in the years to come – However the learning might be stagnant or limited if additional avenues are not introduced as a new solution offerings, Fundamentals are not clear – lets make compensation parity as per industry level. People are not really happy with the salary bands since they are unstructured and sometimes, not so reasonable.
