workplace bullying: upper management will often use verbal criticism, humiliation, and belittling in front of others. no camaraderie: most members only look out for themselves and there is always unfriendly competition. work/life balance: it is expected to work around the clock in a production project with 10-12-hour shifts. low morale: due to long hours and competition, there is no team and or unity, and management covers it with gift card incentives and in-office "team building events". performance reviews: upper management does not put the effort into developing direct reports. there is a 1-5 rating scale but barely anyone gets a 5 even though they deserve it.
