      Pros

      Exposure to various kinds of projects. Challenging environment to learn and grow. Short project durations so can build up diverse experience in a short time. Lot of traveling opportunity (if you like it)

      Cons

      Lacklustre HR and compensation policies. Not a very good paymaster. Takes some time to get expenses approved and processed. Sometimes travel becomes too much

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
