Little to no upward movement if in a division that doesn’t make up a lot of the company’s revenue.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the resources available for projects have been beneficial. We understand the concern about limited upward movement in certain divisions. This is an important area for us to address, and we’ll work on finding ways to provide growth opportunities across all departments, regardless of their revenue contribution. Your input is invaluable as we aim to improve career progression within the company.

Pros

Good Culture, decent pay, not overworked too much.

Cons

Repetitive, meaningless, and boring work, hard to pivot out of this career once started. Also, the consulting career feels like such a fake job at times. Doesn't feel like real work. Makes you question your life decisions. I'd recommend any college grads to think about their future career goals first before joining. I joined on a whim and wish I spent more time interviewing. It's been incredibly difficult to pivot out of internal audit and sox compliance once you are in it. However, if you are really good at corporate politics and advocating for yourself you may be able to pivot out of the IAFA solution . However, not sure how that lends it self if you want to leave the company.
