Team members' development is one of our priorities. We offer a lot of in-house hard and soft skills training sessions, free access to Udemy courses and language lessons. We also cover preparation for AWS certification. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you had not the best experience with our performance management process. We are currently working on it to make it more transparent and attractive. We do decided to grow the company, expand our AI expertise and become global. Obviously, we would like our people to grow and develop with us. But we have plenty of amazing projects they can work on besides AI / Data Science.
