Pros
I have been working at Provectus for eight and a half years. I've worked for 2 different clients and on 3 different projects for each of them. The company has gathered very cool specialists and experts in their field. It offers great opportunities for career growth. Regular salary reviews and assistance in setting goals for further professional growth. Provectus offers modern equipment, a comfortable office, and a bunch of cool benefits (such as insurance and bonuses for life events). The company's culture is very similar to a big family, and every employee is happy to help with any difficulties, both at work and outside of it. There is no sense of routine, rather it is more like a university where everyone has come to develop and grow, and to help all their neighbours do the same.
Cons
I would like to name something, but it is very difficult to come up with a cons. So I would say that I want even more benefits and events.
