As a growing organization, we also set ambitious goals for new business development. This growth enables us to continue investing in our people, our clients, and our long-term success. To support this, we provide structured training and development programs designed to help our sales teams succeed while maintaining strong client relationships.
We also want to clarify that the characterization of a 25% workforce reduction is not accurate. Like many organizations, we regularly evaluate performance and make staffing decisions based on those evaluations to ensure we are building a strong and accountable team.
