Pros
1. Incredible culture- the atmosphere hardly makes it feel like work. 2.Advancement opportunity- with the rapid growth due to the incredible team here, there are a ton of opportunities for advancement. 3. Skill Building- there are many chances at Proven to gain skills, certs, and knowledge. 4. Perks- Proven really excels at spoiling employee's. Honestly there are too many perks to list. After working here for a few years now I can honestly say I would have a hard time leaving this company. I always had an idea of how a great workplace should look and then I got to realize it when I started at Proven.
Cons
Not many to note here, although with as much as this company is growing I do tend to get stuck in long conversations when people find out I work here.
