Pros
I have been in the industry for over 10 years, and at Proven for the past 2 years. As an experienced sales representative, my choice to work at Proven was easy. After doing some research and talking to different companies and sales reps, I found that Proven had best reputation in the copier/ IT industry for professionalism, ethics and employee retainment. They also have an amazing reputation for servicing their clients, which is even more important in this competitive industry. The rapidly growing IT services division is a huge differentiator and makes the opportunities endless. I'm not going to sugarcoat that this job is easy, it is tough and you have to work hard, but if you are looking for the opportunity to make six figures, it can be done here.
Cons
The only con, which is more of a challenge, was taking on a new territory where we didn't have as much name recognition and current business as the rest Illinois and Indiana.
