The company invests heavily in appearances which show well to customers and prospective new hires.
Cons
Really expensive health insurance & a ton of micromanagement. Lack of knowledgeable internal resources for services offered. If you work downtown, they do not cover parking expenses. New hire sales training is mandatory and is almost entirely geared towards selling copiers. You will spend the first 90 days of employment commuting to Tinley Park for 8-5pm. Working remote is not allowed.
