      Pros

      - Keeps you very busy - Co-workers help each other out and get along well, fantastic team environment - Decent compensation for travel - Weekends and Holidays off

      Cons

      - Company grew WAY too fast and workload suffered tremendously. Picked up clients faster than we could get additional employees to service them properly. - Sales department too busy trying to get new sales instead of taking care of existing clients - Terrible communication between different departments and upper management - Bad communication from direct management - Promotes employee growth, which is great except no actual effort is made to give you time to be able to study or develop new skills

      Processes are still maturing as the company grows. If you like structure, just know some things are still being built out
