Good training other techs are helpful

Cons

90 probation period of driving your own personal car everywhere. Work slows down alot during the summer time. Lost more than I earned having to use my own car with the Tire wear, Damage to windshield, Don't expect to be reimbursed for this Fired for asking if the process of receiving a company car could be sped up because I put over 15k miles on my personal car.
