Pros
There are some decent people who work here, they stock the kitchen with drinks and snacks, and have cook outs. Notice how nothing is about the actual job.
Cons
There is a reason recruiters are always filling roles here, they can not keep anyone. This place is the absolute worst place you can apply for. Stay far away. Starting pay is brutal, managers are too busy to help and constantly changing, and their best recommendation for success is to be a door to door salesperson. Most of the managers have never sold the product and have no idea on how to teach you how to sell it. The 90 day "training" is so bad current employees dog on it and in each training class people leave for lunch and never come back. They don't teach you about the industry, but sales techniques from the 80's and 90's are gone over in grand detail. Over promise (pay, book of business, car) and vastly under deliver. Known to use "Performance Plans" or PIP's which just shows they cannot help grow talent. If you apply ask how many people have been there for two years or less and you'll see the turnover first hand.
