Pros

Great Training: The training is very hands-on yet encourages independence. There are plenty of people available for help and advice if you're not afraid to ask. You're included in client-facing conversations instead of just setting meetings and never seeing the outcome. This leads to fast learning and growth. Relaxed Yet High Energy: People here celebrate wins and get excited with you and for you. When I do well, I feel like my peers are genuinely proud of me, and when I’m struggling, they offer support. A lot of sales are out of your control, but it's clear that as long as your effort and improvement are consistent, you're in a good place. Casual Yet Professional: People take their work seriously, but not themselves too seriously. There's an expectation of professionalism, but it’s balanced with a work-hard/play-hard mentality. There are fun events, multiple office branches, relaxed Friday schedules, and plenty of incentives like half days. Competitive Yet Team-Oriented: It’s fun to be competitive with your coworkers, but there’s never a sense of superiority. Weekly goals are team-oriented, so when everyone pushes a little harder, the whole group succeeds together. Feels like company is growing very fast and I could be apart of something special.

Cons

Fully in person/in office. Could be room for 1-2 work from home days a week, at least barring a lack of productivity. Management doesn't seem to believe in the idea of recharging/mental health. With that being said PTO has been allowed at a normal rate so far, but they could be more open to working from home as an option.

Pros

Proven IT stands out because of its people and its commitment to employee development. From day one, I felt supported by both my peers and leadership. There's a genuine investment in helping employees grow. You're encouraged to take on stretch opportunities and build skills beyond your core role. The collaborative culture makes a real difference. Everyone I work with is approachable, talented, and willing to pitch in. Leadership is visible and engaged, not disconnected from the day to day. If you're someone who thrives in an environment where hard work is noticed and growth is possible, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Cons

Processes are still maturing as the company grows. If you like structure, just know some things are still being built out
