Mediocre experience overall - Worked for PHS since 2004 - Office Administrative/Patient Relations/Business Office Providence Employee Review

Management in clinics, lack of compassion (which is one of the core values), no rapport between team members, poor compensation (I never made what I was worth, skills and experience) and annual raises are a joke at 1%!! - I was loaded with duties and tasks that I wasn't compensated for, and not properly trained to handle, stress was high everywhere at Providence (or so it seemed, I worked in about 4 different departments within 8yrs), I was looking for growth opportunities, proved to be very difficult even though they encourage hiring from within.
