Great place to work - Anonymous employee Providence Employee Review

I've been with Providence for less than 6 months and It was on my short list of target companies in Portland. Providence is actively adding positions to support the growth of the company. Work/life balance, benefits, and company culture are strong. There are lots of changes happening, and they are all for the right reasons. Team dynamics in my group are healthy without chaos and drama. Support from management is beyond my expectations.
