The only true positive aspects of this job were the co-workers that I had the pleasure to get to know and the patients that I got to help through their mental health journey.
Cons
Two words: greedy corporation. When we lost some of our employees, it was expected that everyone else pick up their duties without additional compensation. Unsafe staffing. Lack of management. New hires earning more than long-term staff.
