Providence is notorious for underpaying nurses. Expect to be making about $10/hr less than your peers at Legacy, OHSU, Kaiser, etc. Also this is a religious affiliated hospital and they definitely push religion. There's a daily prayer every morning. Last October we received emails asking us to donate to an organization that will be sending money to Israel right at the beginning of this most recent genocide. Truly awful and not very Christian of you. Shame on you Providence.
