      Pros

      Providence is a large facility that is conveniently located. My colleagues are very easy to work with.

      Cons

      Providence is also pulling back their flexibility for hybrid and remote work. It seems that the organization makes a show of wanting to change for employee benefit but in reality there is no change embraced.
