Professional IT Company - Technical Program Manager Prowess Consulting Employee Review

Prowess is incredibly support of its employees, many of whom work as contractors at companies like Microsoft. The contractor position I have, and from what I've heard from others, they agree, is incredibly laid back. I would highly recommend the role.

Not being an actual employee of Microsoft has its drawbacks though. I have never really felt like a part of the team. I don't have any opportunities for promotions and have never received a proper raise, or any reason to go above and beyond the expectations of my manager. That said, its the best job I've ever had in terms of compensation vs time required in the role.

Great people to work with and an excellent management team who cares about their employees!
