You can't ask for a better senior leadership team. They truly care for their employees. They seek out and compensate talented individuals. Very approachable CEO and Chairwoman, they listen to each employee and try to address all concerns. Very family oriented and they are very loyal to employees. They provide a excellent work environment and foster a team atmosphere. They offer many of the benefits you have grown to see in most successful high tech companies in the greater Seattle area. This is a company on the move and growing. They often offer flexible hours and sometimes working remotely. CEO is driven and works hard for his people which in turn inspires people to work toward a common goal. Take it from someone who was there for over 10 years, this is a great company to work for.
