Our business typically engages with clients in two ways, and both have unique demand and competition cycles. We work very hard to manage both types of engagements properly to minimize the impact on our employees. We are sorry that your experience was different. As a USA-based employer we also do everything we can to provide market-rate compensation and benefits. We have seen the market for services like ours become increasingly competitive, especially with offshore and H1B contractors competing for the same contracts, yet we are encouraged by our success finding new opportunities with new clients with very different competitive dynamics.
