Pros

Very supportive group of people, pretty good culture although seemed forced at times

Cons

Proxima treats its full-time employees like temporary contract workers. When there are bumps in the road or issues with clients, Proxima's first line of defense is getting rid of you no matter how long you have worked there for or how much good work you did for them. It's a great place to work if you like to wake up every morning wondering if you will have a job that day anymore. If you decide to work for Proxima you should probably have a 6-month emergency fund on hand
