Pros

- team building game - kfc every month

Cons

I was being unreasonably PIP by them after working more than 5 years with them, one day they just suddenly told me i was slow in delivering and they will put me in PIP, like seriously, after 5 years? Why? i think this is the reason, because i was very diligently taking part in my professional exam and eventually got more and more increment year by year, they are not happy that they have to pay me more but i am still doing the scope for 1 person (tbh with all the OT, i already deliver the scope more than 1 pax), so they find funny excuse to get rid of me. Guess what, i eventually gotten an offer from competitor's company, and when they asked Prudential about my work performance, Prudential told them i am in PiP, I was like … why…what benefit can Pru get by sabotaging my future? After 2 years, i finally realize, this might be the reason, if i didn't get to join the competitor's company, Pru will threaten me in order for me to keep my job in Pru, i hv to take a paycut, then they can have a cheap slave to continue working for them. It all make sense to me now... I might be wrong, but i think it's worth sharing my journey to anyone who come across similar incident like me, just know that you are not alone, and never feel inferior about yourself, corporate culture can be unimaginably toxic, you will soar in a environment that suit you, nvr give up!

Interns are heavily invested in.

Cons

Intern experience is based heavily on manager, hit or miss Company lacks true “internal mobility” like FAANG companies Company leadership are aiming to mimic the performance management of large technology companies, but lack the salaries and benefits of those companies. Company morale is extremely low due to consistent losses and persistent negative connotations from senior leadership.
