Pros

Work / time off was somewhat flexible if you were in management but you had to balance that with not allowing "other" projects to consume you. Onsite gym, clean work environment less indoor air pollution, cafe on site but a bit spendy, overall nice campus with decent access from I81 when it isn't backed up.

Cons

Tenure of entry level staff is mind blowing - extremely long. I seriously can't believe that people willingly give so much of their life for so little money for so long and in the process are treated poorly. I felt guilty accepting a management level role with this organization as they had a ton of good internal people who deserved a shot - but it never came along.

The training is fantastic and culture shows that they really care about you succeeding in the role. The leadership team really engages with their employees and help any way possible.

Cons

None to find at the moment.

Pros

Solid benefits package, manageable workload. Can be a comfortable landing spot if you're able to tune out the outdated processes and legacy mindset.

Cons

The company undergoes frequent restructuring, and technical leadership often lacks the depth needed to guide modern engineering decisions. The culture can feel rooted in an older, more traditional mindset, and promising initiatives frequently get stuck in POC hell rather than reaching production. Career progression is also very manager-dependent; the wrong reporting relationship can significantly stall your growth. Overall technical bar is low — if you're trying to sharpen your skills, this environment may hold you back rather than push you forward.
